Today, again I was tested in my capability to perform as a Head of Dept. I was secretly informed that I have a thief in my dept. Should I be shocked? I guess not..in this industry everything is possible. But the thought that it is one of my direct staff i'm just dumbfounded. You see this boy, he has the qualities of leadership in him, but as i got to know him better..yes vocally he can be or better yet express what his thoughts are but sometimes he gets people around him upset not because what he said is not true but how he gets the message around. The supervisor position in my dept. is vacant and I will only be able to fill up this position next year. I've clearly express my intention that it will be an internal promotion between my 4 boys. So i've actually have this boy in my list of consideration which I have now to eliminate.....ting...there goes round 1

When you think you know somebody well...things or someone always give means and ways of us to find out otherwise. If anybody out there can give me ideas on how to deal with this..perhaps better than what i have in mind...appreciate your thots..

As always..i will end my thoughts of the day with "only time will tell"
